results or mail your results to your home address.

*Records can be released to the patient. A fee may apply.

Questions sent by email should not be for urgent purposes. Our staff will try to respond in a timely manner but not necessarily on the day you send your email. If you have a request for medications, you must call the office, do not email your request.
