To obtain your lab results, inquire about medical records*, for lab bill questions, to update your patient history, or with any questions or concerns please contact

results
or mail your results
to your home address.
*Records can be released to the patient. A fee may apply.

Questions sent by email should not be for urgent purposes. If you have an emergency or need immediate attention or response, please contact the office or go to the emergency room. Do not email the staff.
If you are experiencing a health problem or feel ill, please call the office and schedule an appointment. We will not provide treatment or diagnose via email.
If you have a request for medications, do not email the staff. If you are needing medication or antibiotics, you must call the office for an appointment. For refills, please contact your pharmacy directly. If you are out of refills, please contact the office to see if you must be seen by our staff in order to get a refill authorization.
Our staff will try to respond in a timely manner but not necessarily on the day you send your email. Thank you.
